Frequently, transactions are declined when the billing address or zip code for a payment method is incorrect. To update the billing address for the default payment method:
- Log into the StackPath Control Panel
- Go to Account → Settings
- Click on the specific payment method that you want the information edited or updated
- At the bottom section, under Account Information, click on EDIT
- A new page will appear which will allow you to edit the fields in the Account Information of the selected Payment Method
- Once completed, click on UPDATE
