How to Update the Default Billing Address

Frequently, transactions are declined when the billing address or zip code for a payment method is incorrect. To update the billing address for the default payment method: 

  1. Log into the StackPath Control Panel
  2. Go to Account → Settings
  3. Click on the specific payment method that you want the information edited or updated
  4. At the bottom section, under Account Information, click on EDIT
  5. A new page will appear which will allow you to edit the fields in the Account Information of the selected Payment Method
  6. Once completed, click on UPDATE
